Our client is a large SEC Registered Investment Advisor.

They are seeking a Client Services Associate, they would like a candidate who is dynamic, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting portfolio managers you will Interact with internal/external parties regarding client pre-screening, fund subscriptions, due diligence, documentation, and compliance.
• Communicate with prospective, new, and existing clients.
• Address client inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and respond to other requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Coordinate with internal groups such as Portfolio Management, Operations, Financial Advisory, Administration, and Accounting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or finance
• 2 years of experience in Client Services or similar roles
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including strong Excel skills
