Position Details
This position is responsible for reconciling, reporting, and auditing assigned account numbers, vendor accounts, and groups. It will also create and verify vendor payment requests, post journal entries for expense recording, and continuously report results and exceptions for process improvement.
Duties/Responsibilities

• Solar Winds help desk assignments/email helpdesks/continuous project work
• Process bulk postings using Excel templates and reconcile them to statements provided through the DMS system.
• Post general banking advice to proper vendor codes
• Post bulk banking files to the proper account
• Prepare payment files for vendor resolution generation.
• Participate in team projects and team-building exercises.
• Participate in virtual meetings with outside agencies/audit personnel/management
• Assist manager with day-to-day tasks/duties/projects.
• Assist with internal & external audit documentation for the department
• End-of-month duties to include Reconciliation, posting, and special requests for internal, external, and banking customers.
• Special handling of certain vendor accounts, including vendor relations, research, and consolidation efforts.
• Review and analysis of balance sheets and income statements.
• Responsible for research and posting corrections.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of Accounts Payable Experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to work in team environments
• Bachelor’s Degree / will accept combination or relevant previous experience with lesser education.
• COUPA experience preferred
• Knowledge of electronic work-flows & approval considerations
• Public company experience
• High School Diploma
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
