Position Summary
The IT Support Specialist will perform a variety of IT and technical tasks including: Installing printer drivers on workstations and servers, setup and installation of network scanners, troubleshooting print/scan issues via phone or remote support session, installation, and configuration of copiers, software and network hardware.
Position Requirements
· High school diploma or GED
Valid Driver's license
· Ability to communicate professionally and effectively about technical subjects, while remaining easy to understand by non-technical users
- 1 year experience with Windows and MS Office
- A desire to continue learning in a rapidly changing field
- Some in-state travel required – Must have reliable transportation
- 1 year IT support experience a plus
- Experience with document management software a plus
- A , NET or similar certification a plus.
