```Responsibilities```
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing any damages
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure that all painting work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Painter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Experience in remodeling, fixture installation, drywall, concrete finishing, stucco, or other related areas is a plus
- Familiarity with power tools used in painting
