Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear

Skills:
- Proficient in caulking and construction painting techniques
- Knowledge of stucco application and repair
- Familiarity with frame carpentry for proper surface preparation
- Experience using power tools for efficient painting processes
- Ability to renovate and repair plaster and drywall as needed
- Interpret schematics and follow project specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Skilled in general maintenance person tasks related to painting projects

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
