We are looking for a person with experience in painting, plastering, framing, drywall & Sheetrocking. Responsibilities will include preparing/cleaning vacant apartments for rentals.

Light electrical and plumbing helpful but not necessary.

This position requires intermittent standing, bending, climbing ladders/stairs and lifting (light to heavy - materials/appliances/equipment).

Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with possible overtime, if interested.
