Asandra MD is seeking a Medical Front and Back desk Assistant to join our upscale concierge hormone replacement therapy, and anti-aging medical clinic. We're seeking a long-term, dependable, and personable team player to join our growing practice that serves an elite clientele. Training will be provided one-on-one with medical assistant staff. Our office has excellent support staff that will allow you to fully focus on your patients during each encounter. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and compassionate bedside manner. Our focus is primarily hormone replacement therapy minimal cosmetic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote a friendly, warm and exceptional customer experience
• Ability to utilize computer system for appointment scheduling, clinical and patient data
• Ability to set priorities,organize work and demonstrate flexibility in work scheduled as needed
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist providers with sterile hormone therapy procedures (pellets, injections).
• Work with our dedicated staff members to ensure proper care and follow up
• Bring patients to exam room, vital patients, perform lab draws and injections.
• Maintain medical equipment, instruments and inventories of supplies.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist physicians in a clinical setting and in minor procedures
• Superior customer service and patient interaction skills
• Minimum of 1 year of experience. Skilled in: Anti-aging and hormone replacement therapy preferred but not required
• Must be medical assistant certified
• Polished and professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills with team members and MD
• Proven time management, organizational and follow-up skills
• Experience with EMR

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
