Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Receptionist role located in Indianapolis, IN. Our office is relocating to Carmel mid-summer. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming clients and managing incoming calls, dictation, maintaining client files and handling administrative tasks for the team.

Qualifications

• Client Services and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven track record in Customer Satisfaction
• Basic knowledge of Finance
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
