The Robert Half Healthcare Practice is working with an Indianapolis based healthcare company to add a customer-oriented Receptionist to their team. Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmResponsibilities for the position include the following:• Handle and direct incoming calls in a professional manner• Warmly welcome and direct guests to the appropriate departments or personnel• Sort and distribute incoming mail to respective departments or individuals• Provide clerical support to various teams, including assisting with small projects• Utilize Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word to manage communications and tasks• Maintain a positive environment in the lobby and assist with respective duties• Leverage skills in operating a multi-line phone system to manage high volume of calls efficiently.
