Artisan Millwork LLC is Hiring an Office/Accounting Assistant Near Dawsonville, GA

Artisan Millworks, LLC / Artisan Construction Group, LLC is looking to hire an Office/Bookkeeping Assistant.

We operate out of Dawsonville, GA M-F 8-5PM.

We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Good verbal and written skills.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work both as a team player and independently.

- Computer competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Experience in Accounts Payable and Quickbooks

- Experience in the Construction Industry

Some responsibility's (but not limited to)

- Answering phone calls

- Answering emails

- Communicating with Vendors and Customers

- Organizing paperwork & filling

We are a drug-free work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
