Core Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Technical support, Desktop Support, Helpdesk support or similar positions
- Should have prior experience in configuring, installing, diagnosing, and fixing printers, PCs, and laptops
- In-depth understanding of MS Office Suite, and Windows operating systems (OS)
- Proven experience in providing technical support & troubleshooting desktop computer s hardware and software issues
- Experience with supporting mobile devices
- Bachelor s Degree is preferred
- Finance background and experience with market data applications such as Bloomberg is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service competencies
