Requirements:

• 5 - 6 years of experience as an Account Payable Clerk II in Law Firm
• Review and process invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies.
• Assign appropriate account codes and enter invoices into the accounting system accurately and promptly.
• Manage vendor communications, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
• Prepare and execute payments for approved invoices while adhering to cash flow guidelines and maximizing discounts.
• Maintain records, reconcile accounts, and support audits, collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and ensure compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $47,000.00 - $50,500.00 per year
