Receives inbound calls from customers and processes orders. Answers customer questions with honest and knowledgeable responses, as well as questions customers to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
Has knowledge of products sold and participates in continuing education.
Provides quality customer service on every call. Communicates clearly and effectively with customers while managing the length of calls. Organizes and prioritizes duties.
Promotes teamwork and call center success, dresses in appropriate attire, maintains regular and punctual attendance, accepts assignments with an open, cooperative, positive and team-oriented attitude.
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of all aspects of department operation.
Promotes and ensures that the customer service delivered is of the highest quality and that the standard bar continues to be elevated per the goals for the department.
All other duties as assigned by Call Center Manager.
