Description Part Time M-F

Assist with all aspects of AP inventory. Daily and timely matching of purchase orders/receivers to invoices for all retail locations, including researching trouble invoices or items as needed and reporting them to the appropriate person(s). Non-Inventory invoice coding and data entry. Be able to work independently and as a team. Be able to communicate in English with vendors and all levels of NRS staff effectively and timely both orally and written. All other duties as assigned by Controller. Part Time Monday through Friday.

• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Daily and timely matching of purchase orders/receivers to invoices for multiple locations
• Filing
• Data Entry

Experience & Skills:

• Must have strong, up-to-date computer skills
• At least 2 years recent experience in a high volume AP role
• Proficient in Excel with a working knowledge of accounting concepts
• This position will require someone who is able to thrive independently, or in a group setting

Able to sit for 2 hours; Stand, walk, bend for short periods; Lift up to 20 pounds

$12.00-$16.00
