Interior Designer / Architect –3-5 years experience

Interior architecture firm located in the heart of the Fells Point area in Baltimore, Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for an Interior Designer/Architect with 3 - 5 years of experience. Candidate Should Have:

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A strong customer service attitude.

Candidate Must Have:

• Minimum 4 year college degree in interior design or architecture.
• Minimum of 3 years construction document experience as well as an excellent understanding of local codes, finish selections, BOMA calculations, permitting and construction administration tasks.
• Strong space planning skills
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Revit, 3D renderings and MS Office required.
• LEED certification a plus.
