Role Overview:
We are seeking versatile and experienced Registered Nurses with expertise in various specialties including Med/Surg, Telemetry, PCU, ICU, ER, Surgery/Operating Room, and L&D/OB/Gyn to join our team on a contract basis in Boise, ID. The successful candidates will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring positive outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients based on their specific needs and the requirements of the unit.
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions to promote recovery and wellness.
• Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatments, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and maintain accurate records of patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Idaho.
• Experience in one or more of the following specialties: Med/Surg, Telemetry, PCU, ICU, ER, Surgery/Operating Room, L&D/OB/Gyn.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule:

• Day shifts available
• 12 hours x 3 days per week

Contract Duration:

• 13 weeks, with possible extension
