Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients' needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Perform venipuncture and collect laboratory specimens
- Document patient care services accurately and timely
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to professional standards, hospital policies, and regulatory guidelines

Skills:
- Proficient in occupational health and safety practices
- Strong clinical skills in providing patient care across various settings
- Experience in performing venipuncture and collecting laboratory specimens
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and documentation standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Familiarity with family planning services and related counseling
- Experience using electronic medical record systems (e.g., Athenahealth)
- Competence in performing procedures such as spinal taps (lumbar punctures)
- Understanding of senior care principles and practices
