Join our Client's dynamic Conflicts team as a Conflicts Analyst! Ideal for those with legal/ethical conflicts experience in mid- to large-sized law firms. Choose from office locations in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Detroit, Indianapolis, or Minneapolis. Under the guidance of our Conflicts Counsel, you'll:
-Execute effective search strategies using our database for new business and lateral matters.
-Analyze and communicate conflict search results, suggesting resolutions.
-Conduct thorough corporate research to identify affiliations and relationships.
-Collaborate with various teams to aid in conflict resolution.
-Draft engagement letters, waivers, and ethical screen memorandums.
-Assist in maintaining and improving our conflicts database.
-Provide exceptional service to legal assistants and attorneys.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
-2 years in a law firm conflicts department (experience with Intapp preferred).
-Familiarity with professional responsibility and legal ethics rules.
-Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
-Critical thinking and decisive decision-making abilities.
-Proactive approach to workflow changes.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex issues clearly.

Pay: $53,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
