Scope of Work:
• Coordination and oversite on special projects for the Department of Community Impact and Government Affairs
• Handle mail for different municipalities all across the Department’s service areas
• Read and Analyze documentation
• For Community Impact: Research and update extensive master contact list (of external influencers and key contact) for use with eNewsletters and general ongoing outreach.
• For Community Impact: Manage logistics for 3-4 digital equity summits cities in the Keystone market, tasks can include invitation and RSVP list management, research on external partners, summarizing digital equity positions and/or work of relevant community partners.
• Detail oriented and able to handle numerous projects at once
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and able to deal with numerous documents at a time
• Experience working in a legal environment
• Forward thinker on project completion tasks
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Prior Project Management/coordination experience
