PRIMARY PURPOSE :
AHF Products has a great career opportunity for a strategic HR Business Partner at our headquarters in Mountville, Pa. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders and managers to provide HR business partner support to their teams.
This role will support the business to help solve complex organizational challenges, while ensuring we have the right people in the right roles, helping us drive results and grow our business.
Additionally, this role will partner with our headquarters HR team to support HR projects as required to include acquisition events, workforce restructuring, labor negotiations, HR technology projects, new vendor implementations, etc.
With our most recent acquisitions, this role will predominately act as an HR Business Partner for the Commerical Sales organization.
This position will report directly to the East Coast Regional HR Manager.
