Job Summary: To assist the agency in growing the Personal Lines book of business by maximizing the MIS processes, applying your knowledge on a daily basis. To focus on providing world class customer service while being sales minded and watching for opportunities in the current book to round out accounts as well as supporting producers. Responsibilities: Computer documentation of every service telephone call, transitionally file (designated mail on a daily basis, complete daily suspense (do not delete), and process incoming mail, responding promptly and accurately Determine reasons for any cancellations; act to save accounts; notifies producer(s) if applicable according to agency standards Stay current and understand company underwriting guidelines and rules for all of our carriers Participate in providing new business quotations to sales calls (overflow) Provide weekly new business production reports according to agency timeframe Prepare summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals as needed for account review Remarket renewals as necessary, contact clients, create renewal proposals and handle other renewal activities on house accounts and your own accounts Renew policies following agency standards; verifies each renewal's accuracy; ensures that all renewals are produced Verifies policy and policy change information, facilitating corrections when necessary Actively solicit increases in coverage or rounding out accounts through sales to clients at every service contact Assist "walk-in" personal lines clients in the appropriate manner. Verify coverage, as appropriate, and provide receipts as necessary Provide assistance on insurance claims where there are communication problems or misunderstandings between the carrier/adjuster and our policyholder Anticipate future needs and call on established clients to renew and upgrade accounts Develop long-term business relationships with clients and underwriters Accept and review new business applications from agents and "sign off" in agent's presence Other duties as assigned Desired Outcomes of this Role: Providing our Customers with excellent Customer Service Working as a team to achieve target retention level of 93% Working together as a team to support our Sales Department to allow them maximum opportunity for revenue generation Maintain a positive attitude providing a pleasant place to work and increased productivity *Must have a CA Property & Casualty License #LI-CP1 Pay Details: Annual Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
