Arlington Community FCU is Hiring a Member service representative Near Falls, VA
This position will have the flexibility of working remotely and in the Falls Church, Virginia office each week after the initial training period.

We are actively recruiting for a Member Service Representative I to operate in our high-volume call center. As an integral member of our Member Services team, you will provide a Remarkable experience to each and every member by assisting them with various transactions and finding the right solutions to meet their financial needs.
You will play a critical role in recommending additional products and services to enhance their overall banking experience.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 1 year of previous call center and / or banking experience
- Excellent communication skills, phone demeanor and etiquette
- The ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- A strong work ethic as well as an outgoing, positive personality and a sense of humor
- Prior Symitar experience (preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
