Arkview Recovery Center is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to help those suffering from Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Alcohol Use Disorder (AOD) find quality treatment and long term recovery.

Requirements:

• Build and maintain working relationships with community organizations
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with referring professionals
• Serve as first point of contact for potential clients, families, and referral sources
• Work collaboratively with various Arkview departments, including Admissions, Clinical, Medical, Techs, and Executive management.
• Collect necessary information to obtain clinical eligibility and funding
• Complete intake screening using internal screening assessment
• Deliver expectation of program overview and financial determination
• Consistently operate with a moderate to high sense of urgency
• Maintain efficient and effective communication internally and externally through phone and email
• Participate in rotation of "on call" hours (nights and weekends)

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Strong time-management and presentation skills
• Must have drivers license and reliable form of transportation
• Customer service/marketing/sales/ experience preferred
• Drug and alcohol or mental health experience preferred
