Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or concerns. This is a great opportunity to utilize your communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The position described is responsible for meeting or exceeding customer support objectives as well assisting the assigned Account Manager in his/her effort to meet or exceed sales objectives for any assigned territory, market segment, and product or service category. Successful financial performance in this position shall be attained by actively promoting and selling goods and services via the utilization of professional sales techniques, superior product/service knowledge, and the active utilization of all approved resources. Successful performance in the support role of this position shall lie in effectively assisting the assigned Account Manager in his/her effort to meet sales goals and objectives.
