Description of duties to include but not limited to the following:

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Wash specific items by hand (cutting boards, pots and pans, and any delicate items, etc.).
• Store clean glassware, dishes, and equipment appropriately.
• Set-up workstations before food prep begins.
• Ensure dishwasher is drained and refreshed with clean water every 2 hours.
• Ensure there is always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils especially during peak hours of business.
• Maintain a clean workstation and trash area.
• Ensure proper amounts of cleaning supplies are on hand to execute all chemical required functions.
• Check dishwashers for proper functionality every shift and report any malfunctions to management immediately.
• Remove garbage from kitchen areas on a regular basis.
• Regularly clean and sanitize dish counter and floors.
• Attend any department and / or food safety / alcohol safety meetings to keep compliance with company policies.
