**Social Worker (Transportation Services)**

**What You'll Do:**

* Coordinates daily transportation services with Program Administrator/Supervisor or staff as needed.

* Provides safe, courteous and timely transportation of clients between locations.

* Completes a written summary at the end of the end of each transport to include the child (ren)'s behaviors, conversations, and other information pertaining to the transport.

* Maintains accurate records of all vehicle use, and coordinates routine maintenance, licensing and other duties associated with the agency vehicles with the Facilities department.

* Engages children, caregivers and parents in a manner that is, respectful, trauma informed.

* Follows Arizona Department of Child Safety (ADCS) direction as to the location, frequency, duration and who may be present during the visit.

* Maintains client records and files in a complete and efficient manner, meeting all required deadlines, as needed.

* Communicates professionally and regularly with assigned ADCS Specialist, as needed.

**Minimum Education & Experience:**

* High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year experience working with children and/or families

**AND**

* Minimum 2 years experience working in a transportation position

**Minimum Qualification and Requirements:**

* Must be 21 years of age (licensing requirement).

* Possess a valid Arizona driver's license and be insurable under the agency's automobile policy.

* Must be able to provide own transportation to and from clients' homes and/or other relevant organizations/agencies

* Must be able to provide DPS fingerprint clearance.

* Must be able to meet training and agency compliance requirements for the position.
