• Lead the development of scalable printingmethodologies for printable electronics (e.g., metal halide perovskite thinfilms). Duties include: fabrication and design of printing tools, developmentof inks, modeling of thin film growth.
• Correlate microstructure, chemical interactions,performances, and stability as determined by electronic characterization, XRD,SEM, AFM, PL, FTIR, etc.
• Assist the PI in preparing papers, presentations,and proposals.
• Setting up and optimizing new equipment as necessary, training/mentoringgraduate and undergraduate students, and ensuring that a culture of safety andcollaborative research is instilled in the group.
