Arizona is Hiring a Coordinator, Marketing/Communications Near Tucson, AZ
Reports to Cooper Center Director and College of Education Director of Communications and Marketing
Develop marketing goals and timelines with the Director of Cooper Center, create marketing plans, and work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications to implement and measure the success of those plans via co-determined KPIs
Collaborate with the College of Education creative services teams to develop internal and external print and digital advertising collateral and merchandise, as well as a multimedia library of promotional videos, photography, and other marketing materials as needed
Collaborate with the College of Education web development team to manage the Cooper Center website
Serve as the main communications liaison between Cooper Center and the public, including preparing and sending press releases, creating a monthly email newsletter, managing Cooper Center social media, and disseminating marketing collateral to constituents
Works closely with Cooper Center Director in fundraising, including support for grassroots and major donor cultivation and donor stewardship, creating case statements and other communications and materials geared towards attracting and engaging donors
Collaborates with marketing and communications colleagues across UArizona and in the College of Education, University of Arizona Foundation, and volunteering with Cooper Center for strategic planning and work on specific projects
Assistance with planning, promotion, and execution of special events, including facility tours, open houses, donor recognition dinners and education-based activities
Hours are primarily Monday through Friday with some weekend event commitments. Daily schedules vary depending on program needs.

Strategic Planning experience

Ability to work both collaboratively and independently and bring unique experiences and perspectives to your work
