Duties & responsibilities:
·Reviews, negotiates, and processes contracts and agreements.
·Serves as the liaison with the sponsor, the Sponsored Projects Services Office, the Office of General Counsel, the Export Control Programs office and other compliance/administrative offices within the University.
·Works to enhance coordination and communication with internal stakeholders and sponsors for effective contract review and negotiations.
·Establishes and maintains a system to communicate the status of agreements and amendments to university stakeholders.
·Maintain knowledge of current developments in policy, laws, regulations and best practices regulating university agreements.
·Additional duties may be assigned.
