• Oversees and troubleshoots the hot and cold calls from customers and the work desk using the digital control systems interface
• Performs root cause analysis and makes adjustments
• Works with customers and Building Automation Systems technicians to provide a permanent fix to the problem
• Oversees programming and installation of new Controllers and Jaces and assesses for any problems and finds root cause
• Oversees Niagara implementation and deployment
• Assists with installing Niagara network and stays on top of network updates and distribution notes
• Supports Building Automation Systems technicians in the field by providing data and manipulation of control systems for the troubleshooting process
• Analyzes alarms to determines root causes and collaborates with Building Automation Systems technicians to correct and prevent alarms
