Pay Scale: $16.00 to $20.00 an hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do:

• Support the Lead Dispatcher in efficiently managing daily schedules to optimize technician productivity.
• Deliver unparalleled customer service via phone, SMS, and in person.
• Adapt quickly to last-minute schedule changes and ensure technicians are equipped for success.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive client outreach initiatives.
• Handle appointment scheduling and work orders and address client concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support administrative tasks to keep our service department running smoothly.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• Minimum 3 years of dispatching or scheduling experience
• Proven client service experience
• Professional phone etiquette
