• Provide superior customer service while serving as the communications and information center contact for Facilities.
• Management Maintenance Department.
• Process a wide variety of requests for service in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain and process daily logs.
• Process calls and dispatch personnel through use of landlines and cell phones.
• Work independently using knowledge, judgment, and experience.
• Draft memos, letters, and various correspondences.
• Perform other clerical support as assigned.

• Knowledge of craft technical terms and function of each craft, including emergency situations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to operate a variety of office machines.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance, mechanical, and construction terminology.
• Computer skills at the intermediate level including word processing, Excel and Access.
