Maintain independent research programs. Maintain strong, extramural funded programs.
The candidate will be expected to produce strong peer-reviewed publications, gain competitive federal grants, and play a key role in national leadership in an area related to the pharmacology of aging and neurodegenerative disease.
Contribute to undergraduate, graduate (PhD, M.S.) and professional (PharmD) education.
Actively participate in divisional/departmental program metrics for academic achievement.
Leador contribute to "team science" based interdisciplinary researchgrants/projects.
The successful candidate should have a strong track record of scholarly productivity and demonstrated ability to secure independent, peer-reviewed funding such as NIH grants.
