What You'll Do

Aristocrat Labs is looking for an associate data analyst to join the Productivity & Collaboration team. In this role you will work closely with the product team to assist in developing standards and templates using complex data sets that will drive improvements across the company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that works well both collaboratively and independently.

Job Requirements (What you’ll do)

• Documents business functions and processes.

• Performs workflow analysis and identifies gaps in functionality.

• Coordinates efforts around best-practices for reporting based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.

• Evaluates internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies.

• Collates and collects data with analytics systems, taking complicated problems and assisting to build simple frameworks

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience with SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.

• Has worked in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Attention to detail to review large data sets.

• Commitment to team development and continuous improvement.

Pay Rate Type: Salary
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
