As a data analyst, you will play a vital role in prospecting and building our book of business by conducting property research, identifying ownership details, and organizing comprehensive ownership records. Your primary responsibility will be to gather property information, including ownership names, phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses, and compile them into an organized and easily accessible format, such as an Excel spreadsheet.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research to identify commercial real estate properties for prospecting purposes.
Utilize various databases, online resources, and tools to obtain property information and complete ownership records.
Compile accurate and up-to-date data related to ownership details, including names, phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses.
Organize and maintain ownership records in an organized and systematic manner.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by verifying and cross-referencing information from multiple sources.
Collaborate with team members to understand specific requirements and provide timely data analysis support.
Identify patterns, trends, and insights from property data to assist in developing effective prospecting strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in commercial real estate ownership information.
Assist in improving data collection processes and implementing quality control measures.
