Aries Technology is Hiring a Customer Care Representative Near Southern CA, CA

Description

Position Purpose

The purpose of this position is to oversee the overall smooth running of each individual casino by displaying professionalism to each individual they come into contact with.

Position Responsibilities

CCR’s are responsible for the reporting of daily communication with each casino, training all necessary casino staff and entertaining customers in the casino environment.

Specific Accountabilities

  1. Conduct training for casino staff and management pertaining to equipment functionality and system operations.
  2. Conduct network events, such as rollouts of new games and promotional activities.
  3. Provide weekly written and oral reports pertaining to communication with casino in a professional and analytical manner.
  4. Provide CR Supervisor accurate and up to date unit counts of each casino in a timely manner.

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  1. Demonstrate proficiency with MS Suite of desktop operations (especially Word and Excel).
  2. Demonstrate ability to multitask in a fast paced, high tech environment with little supervision.
  3. Demonstrate ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Experience & Education

1. High School diploma (or equivalent).

2. Experience in the gaming industry is a plus

Other Requirements

  1. Successful candidate must be 25 years of age to meet Gaming Requirements
  2. Must be able to travel 75% of time
  3. Have and maintain a current drivers license
  4. Must be able to obtain and maintain a facility gaming license
  5. Must have a clear back ground record
