Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
• Management of various spreadsheets and reports.
• Receive and direct website email requests.
• Sourcing, ordering and supply inventory management for business cards, POS premiums and other materials.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and parties.
• Primary person for monitoring and checking in visitors at front door.
• In charge of daily invoicing procedures.
• Assist with IFT registrations.
• Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks and projects as needed.
• Run local errands including acquiring things at the store and/or bakery and maintain break room supply inventory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
