SCOPE OF WORK

• Handle Partnership Account and complex/high exposure losses with limited management direction, works at the highest authority limits on assignment. . 
• Investigate the most complex coverage, compensability, negligence, and litigation issues.
• Adjudicate very complex claims reflecting the highest degree of technical complexity and coordination.
• Manage/oversee medical management in assigned territory (s).
• Aggressive handling of complex issues to identify exposures and promote accurate reserving, resolution and/or defense.
• Manage & provide a high level of customer service in accordance with our Service Model
• Manage positive relationship with Partnership Accounts.
• Increased assistance with Claims Management toward strategic goals of the department. 
• Possesses an extensive level of technical knowledge and skills.
• Act as a company consultant in the field providing technical guidance, assistance, and training to accounts and lower level associates.

• This position is minimally supervised. 
• The position requires adherence to procedures.
• Knowledge of medical & legal management.
• The following position reports to this position: Clams Manager.
• This position has access to confidential information.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Computer skills/ knowledge that include Word, Excel, typing, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of litigation process &management.
• In-depth knowledge of medical terms, procedures, and management.
• Licenses in applicable states.
• Industry accreditation.
