In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance in the insurance sector is essential, as is the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and manage challenging priorities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving change, fostering innovation, and inspiring a diverse team. Expertise in digital technologies, including data analytics and AI-enabled capabilities, is required, as is the ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams to address strategic business projects.
