Job Details:
- An apartment complex is seeking Building Maintenance Technicians to make painting, dry wall, electrical, plumbing repairs, pull up carpets, and perform general maintenance duties.
- Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Qualified candidates must have building maintenance experience, must bring your own own hammer, screw drivers, pliers, channel locks, and wrenches, must be safety-conscious, and must be dependable.
- Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
