Role Summary:

As the Senior Marketing Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand marketing strategies to enhance the prominence of the Are You Am I brand and drive its growth. You'll spearhead brand initiatives and campaigns, collaborating across departments to devise comprehensive 360 brand marketing strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to elevate the Are You Am I brand and enhance overall brand awareness.
2. Conduct ROI analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and inform future strategies.
3. Lead brand and campaign planning, overseeing timelines, budgets, and end-to-end execution.
4. Utilize measurement tools to gauge the performance of brand marketing efforts, ensuring their success and effectiveness.
5. Supervise the development of lifestyle marketing creative, including SMS and email assets, in collaboration with internal and external creative teams.
6. Create comprehensive 360 brand marketing plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to convey key narratives and celebrate launches, emphasizing consumer and community engagement.
7. Collaborate with various teams across the organization to construct a unified marketing calendar, spanning e-commerce, acquisition, CRM, PR, influencer, and social channels.
8. Assist in crafting overarching messaging to support brand and growth team objectives.

Qualifications:

• Possess 3 or more years of marketing experience, particularly in brand management.
• Comfortable devising innovative marketing plans with clear objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage relationships both internally and externally, ensuring effective project oversight and execution.
