We are looking for experienced and dedicated culinary professionals to join our growing restaurant team in Central Illinois. Ardor Breads and Provisions is a unique, neighborhood restaurant offering seasonally inspired, chef driven cuisine built around fire, fermentation, our in house bakery and our seasonal experimental garden. This newly expanded restaurant, of only 7 months, has already been named one of the top dining destinations in the country, by USA Today. Come help be a part of this growing brand from the ground up!For the Sous Chef candidate, we are looking for someone who gets more excited about HOW we cook, than WHAT we cook....featuring preservation and fermentation, foraging, gardening, and live fire cookery. The right candidate will be passionate, positive, organized and driven. Must have full availability Wed-Sun, and be willing to jump in where needed.
