Overview:
As a Test Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and functionality of our cutting-edge wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and production components. Armed with your expertise in theory, instrumentation, and electronic circuit assemblies, you'll conduct operational tests with precision and finesse, contributing to the seamless production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your advanced knowledge and proficiency in setting up, programming, and operating a variety of standard cable test stands, including renowned models like CIRRUS. Your ability to decipher wire schematics and interpret test requirements from customer notes and drawings will be instrumental in ensuring accurate testing procedures.
• Adhere meticulously to standard test procedures and specifications, conducting comprehensive tests on production components, subassemblies, and systems to uphold our stringent quality standards.
• Analyze and verify test results with keen attention to detail, leveraging your troubleshooting skills to swiftly identify and rectify any equipment malfunctions. Your adeptness in equipment repair and adjustment will ensure optimal performance, guaranteeing the superior quality of our products. You'll also determine the need for rework to align products with specifications.
• Navigate through a diverse array of documents, including test specifications, wiring diagrams, and schematics, using your technical judgment, initiative, and experience to interpret and implement instructions effectively.

Education/Training:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred; however, candidates with equivalent experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

• Prior experience in electro/mechanical component testing is essential, showcasing your profound understanding and familiarity with product intricacies and quality assurance protocols.
