Production Test Technician

Job Description:

• Set up manual and automatic test equipment to perform Pass / Fail electrical testing on various diode devices per Test Plans
• Perform electrical testing over various temperature extreme
• Export data into an Excel spreadsheet for production and/or engineering review
• Perform environmental processing, including but not limited to the following:

1. Fine leak testing

2. Gross leak testing (bubble and dye penetrant)

3. Constant acceleration

• Load production and engineering lots into burn-in for qualification, screening, and life testing
• Monitor burn-in setups and runs for consistency and reliable performance
• Perform solder dip on various device packages
• Perform pre-cap visual inspection to MIL/Aerospace and customer requirements

Education and Experience:

• 4 - 6 years’ experience in manufacturing testing
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow oral and written guidelines as well as read &understand Procedures, Test Specifications and Test Plans
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Computer skills helpful, specifically SAP and MS office applications
• Knowledge of various electrical and microwave test measurements preferred
• Knowledge of ESD procedures preferred
• Knowledge of various MIL/Aerospace and ISO specifications is a plus
• Due to ITAR regulations, candidate must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
