**This Test Technician supporting 2nd shift operations in the TACAIR Microwave Factory will make impacts in the following ways;**
Test and Tune Microwave Modules to meet customer requirements. Provide technical advice and assistance to engineers in the development or modification of electronic assemblies and Sub- assemblies in the MW Factory.
Develop Process improvements in the work cells of the manufacturing Factory to improve quality, cost and schedule.
Assist Product Engineers in developing tune patterns to allow modules to meet Specifications without extensive tuning reducing HPU s.
_Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time._
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
High School Diploma and 1 year work experience or equivalent experience

Ability to work under microscope for extended periods of time
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $45320 - $72490
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
