Ardán Inc is Hiring a HR Intern Near Maitland, FL
Compensation: Hourly Wage.
Essential FunctionsHR Administration:
- Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects
- Prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents
- Sort incoming mail to distribute to the appropriate HR team member
- Reset UKG (HRIS) passwords
- Scan, Upload, and track Tax/Time Management/Core Cases thru HRIS (UKG)
- Assist with corporate events including planning and execution
- Assist with Recruiting tasks as provided including: job postings on various Job Boards, scheduling phone screens and interviews, screening resumes for entry-level positions
- Assist with scheduling New Hire orientations, Exit Interviews, and New Hire Check Ins, as needed
- Assist with researching topics and creating content to be posted on Viva Engage
- Begins to develop a current knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations
- Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources
- Cultivate interpersonal skills through verbal and written communication throughout the organization
- Work proactively and collaboratively with HR team members and across the organization
- Assist with general questions in the HR Inbox and escalate to Senior HR Team Members, if needed
- Assist with mailings (Pop-ups, EE Engagement gifts, etc.)
- Possess self-confidence, positive mentality, with the ability to manage territories effectively
- Self-motivated
- Effective communication with customers, as well as strong follow-up skills
- College student, preferably Junior or Senior year
