In this call center position, you are the key to providing 5-star customer service! Whether you're communicating with our clients via live chat, portals, email, or by phone, you are attentive and professional. When issues and concerns come up, you patiently handle them, finding various resolutions and answering questions. Your strong communication skills assist you well as you convert incoming calls into booked opportunities, which leads our company to success.
In addition to working with customers, you play an important role when it comes to the call center team.
