As aSenior PM/Estimator you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial and industrial construction projects related to exterior cladding systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include estimating new projects, reviewing specifications, preparing submittal packages, coordinating project teams, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met,and overseeing logistics management.QualificationsExperience in a variety of rain screen & cladding systems, manufactures & substratesExperience in project management, including planning, organizing, and directing construction projectsStrong knowledge of expediting processes and logistics managementAbility to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesFamiliarity with construction regulations and safety protocolsExperience working in commercial and industrial constructionOn-Screen and Quick Bid software#J-18808-Ljbffr
