ARCO/Murray is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager to support our Nashville and Miami offices. The ideal candidate has experience developing marketing plans and implementing client, brand, category and segment strategies. A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Develop market insights for key regions and niches, using internal and external data to formulate and communicate strategic plans to team
  • Build purposeful brand awareness by creating strategies for: industry associations, external communications/PR and advertising; Responsible for driving to execute
  • Attend client/industry events to increase market awareness and influence positioning strategies
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns around specific messages and targets
  • Customize pre-pitch (capabilities) and pitch (proposal) materials to support prospecting
  • Create marketing and client experience plans for each job and proactively track and execute
  • Capitalize on high-potential marketing opportunities on the jobsite and coordinate asset capture to support future sales opportunities and project experience showcases
  • Partner with business development to implement a post-job client engagement plan
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent degree required; MBA preferred
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in marketing/business management role
  • Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented and work well with and without processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable presenting to executive management teams and clients
  • Experience networking professionally with clients and industry prospects
  • Ability to collaborate on a team, but also work independently, show initiative and strive to grow
  • Experience conceptualizing the big picture goal, while also working hands-on to drive execution and solve problems
  • Excellent business acumen and the ability to utilize analysis for insights and action
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects
  • B2B sales experience
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
