Location: Ocotillo Golf Club - Chandler, AZ

Reports To: Executive Chef

Pay Range: $17-$18

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The Dishwasher will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, ensuring a smooth flow of dishwashing operations, and supporting the overall efficiency of the culinary department.

Responsibilities:

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
• Ensure that all items are washed thoroughly and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
• Assist with general kitchen cleanup tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Support kitchen staff by helping with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients, as needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Clean and maintain dishwashing equipment and machinery.
• Follow established protocols for food safety, sanitation, and hygiene.
• Work cooperatively with kitchen staff and other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist colleagues with tasks as needed and contribute to a spirit of teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
